Data We Collect
When you create an account or book an appointment, we collect: your name, email address, and phone number. If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from the respective provider.
We also collect anonymous usage analytics through Vercel Web Analytics and performance metrics through Vercel Speed Insights, which do not use cookies and do not track individual users. No personal data is collected through analytics or performance monitoring.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data solely to: manage your account, process and manage bookings, communicate appointment confirmations and updates, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Supabase: Provides our database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data is stored securely on Supabase's servers within the EU.
Google Maps: Embedded on our contact page to show our location. Google Maps is only loaded with your explicit consent and may set its own cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Vercel Web Analytics & Speed Insights: Provides anonymous, cookieless website analytics and performance monitoring. No personal data is collected or processed.
Google/Apple OAuth: If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, your authentication is handled by the respective provider. We only receive your name and email address.
Cookies
Essential cookies: We use localStorage to store your language preference, authentication session, and cookie consent choice. These are strictly necessary for the site to function.
Optional cookies: Google Maps may set cookies when loaded on our contact page. This only happens after you give explicit consent through our cookie banner.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data including bookings is permanently removed. Anonymous analytics data is retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked to any individual.
